- Steering wheel & touchpoints cleaned
- Cup holders & storage areas wiped
- Interior & exterior glass cleaned
- Boot vacuumed/tidied
- Final inspection
Best for: regular full-vehicle upkeep, maintained daily drivers, family cars, business vehicles and first-time clients whose vehicle is already in reasonable condition.
Premium Reset

For overdue, first-time or pre-sale vehicles needing a deeper reset and extra attention.
Everything in Refresh Detail, plus:

Ongoing maintenance, made simple.
After an initial detail, eligible vehicles may move into weekly, fortnightly or monthly maintenance. This helps keep your vehicle presenting at a consistent standard without needing a full reset every time.

For households, real estate teams, trade vehicles and small business fleets, preferred multi-vehicle pricing may be available when two or more vehicles are booked at the same location.

Good to know before booking
Starting prices
Starting prices are based on vehicles in reasonable condition. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, access and the level of cleaning required.
Condition matters
Heavy pet hair, heavy sand, excessive mud, spills, odours, work vehicle grime, heavy staining or neglected interiors may require additional time and quoting.
Mobile access
As a mobile service, we require a safe work area, adequate space around the vehicle, access to water and power, and suitable weather conditions.
Deposit & confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once your quote is accepted and the required deposit has been paid.

If your property is not suitable for mobile detailing, we may be able to arrange an alternative service location on a case-by-case basis. This must be confirmed before booking and may affect availability, pricing and service conditions.

Yes. At this stage, Detail Culture requires access to a standard outdoor water tap and power point within reasonable reach of the vehicle.
We bring our own equipment, including a pressure washer, hose and extension leads, but we do not currently operate with an onboard water tank or generator.

The vehicle needs to be parked on a flat, safe surface with enough room to work around it and open the doors where required.
Driveways, carports, garages and suitable workplace car parks are ideal. If the area is unsafe, too tight, steep, or unsuitable, we may need to reschedule or discuss another option.

If your vehicle is well maintained, an Exterior Detail or Refresh Detail is the best option.
If you want to give your vehicle the love it deserves, or if the vehicle is overdue, heavily used, or needs a stronger baseline before ongoing maintenance, we recommend the Premium Reset.

Yes. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly maintenance may be available for eligible vehicles after an initial detail.
For vehicles that are overdue or heavily used, we may recommend starting with a Premium Reset first. This gives the vehicle a stronger baseline and makes ongoing maintenance more effective.

Yes. Detail Culture can quote business vehicles, real estate vehicles, work cars and multiple vehicle bookings by request.
For bookings with 2 or more vehicles at the same location, we can offer preferred multi-vehicle pricing.

No, not as a standard part of the service. The vehicle should be parked in a suitable location before we arrive.
If the vehicle needs to be moved, this must be discussed and approved before the service begins.

Not always. As long as access to the vehicle, water, power and a safe work area has been arranged, we may be able to complete the service while you are not home.
We’ll confirm access details before your booking is finalised.

Before your appointment, please remove valuables, personal belongings, cash, electronics and important documents from the vehicle.
If you would like the area under child seats cleaned, please remove the child seats before we arrive. For safety reasons, we do not remove or reinstall child restraints.

As a mobile service, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to rain, storms, extreme heat, high wind or conditions that affect safety or service quality.
If Detail Culture needs to reschedule due to weather, your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment or refunded where appropriate.

A 30% deposit is required to formally confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due immediately on completion of the service.
Your booking is not secured until the deposit has been paid.
